Everyone should love Indian food, especially Homemade.  Here is a very healthy meal that is so tasty and totally affordable.  This will be on your table in 20 mins or less and you will have leftovers the next day too, hopefully.  The spices are key so make the investment if you do not have any of them, I promise you will use them right up. 😉
