GOOD Brownies

January 20, 2016 by Monica Nelson Leave a Comment

good vegan brownies

So let me get to it. There are so many ways to make brownies and I make them different all the time BUT these are my favorite VEGAN brownies and I think you will like them too. 🙂

How did I decide to give these brownies their name? Well, GOOD stands for good ingredients, good for you, and good tasting!  No butter, no egg, just a little of the necessity ingredients and you can feel much better about these than a typical brownie.

You can top with some frozen yogurt or whipped cream, they are more cake-like which is fine with me. I mentioned you can try this with different kinds of flour too. Make them, but don’t tell anyone they are vegan because you know how people can get…especially kiddos! Just see how no one will notice that they are actually eating a better for you brownie.

I have right now almost a dozen brownie recipes and they are all different. This is just another take on how easy it can be to make something truly delicious and not bad for you. If you have now noticed, I love using muffin tins for brownies. I just like to have that easy access, no cutting required and easy clean up too.

Also, check out my other Vegan Brownies  and my Flourless Brownies with a Twist…Beans  Or here are ALL my Brownie Recipes.  Enjoy!~
