Two Ingredient Coconut Banana Cookies

February 5, 2019 by Monica Nelson Leave a Comment

2 INGREDIENT BANANA COCONUT COOKIES!

Make these instead of any Girl Scout cookies!

No gluten or grains, no nuts or dairy, no eggs or added sugar.

OK seriously you have to make these ASAP. All you need is one banana and 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut. EASY. EASY. EASY!

You can mix in other things too like our favorite – chocolate chips. For all my mamas out there, these get my Nutritionist approval for your little ones too. Asher is a gigantic fan. Share this with someone who needs these in their lives!

ENJOY! ???‍♀️
