There are many things to love about this dough. It is easy, healthy, delicious, and very consistent every time I make it. You would not even notice that there is whole-wheat in this, that is because the secret is half white-flour, half wheat-flour.
I love how it makes enough for 2 pies, if you are only using the dough for one, then just freeze the other in a plastic baggie and it will still be just as good when you pull it out of the freezer. (You can also make mini pizza doughs too.)
I use my Kitchen Aid mixer but you could also make this dough without an electric mixer…just knead by hand for about 8 minutes. I always stick to using the mixer, but using your hand works just as well. Just takes longer. 🙂 Enjoy~
