Holistic meets Realistic
MY PHILOSOPHYIt's very simple. Chemicals Out, Homemade In. No more processed foods and no more dieting. My focus is using whole, real, organic foods to create fresh and flavorful meals that make us feel and look great at the same time. Organic and sustainable ingredients are of the utmost importance to me. Not only do they provide flavor but also nutritional value. I encourage you to stop dieting once and for all. I promise there is a much better way. My clients get results because I teach balance and the importance of eating correctly. I never count, weigh, deprive, or go hungry...I enjoy food too much. I think it's insane to say you can never eat a particular food you love in order to get results. Instead, I encourage you to try and make healthier choices MOST of the time. I really love how eating healthy makes me feel and you will too. Eating real and great tasting food without strict deprivation is how you stay healthy for a lifetime, not just the span of a "trendy" diet. When you eat Moni Meals you will be indulging but with real and incredibly good-for-you ingredients with no guilt. MY MISSIONIf there is one rule I teach and live by, it's to get our of our comfort zone. This means in your kitchen too! Every day I see how much confusion is out there and how much needed awareness people are searching for when it comes to nutrition. My advice is really get involved with your diet, be aware of what you put in your body and what you feed your family. Try to avoid diet fads, eat what makes you happy, learn balance and start supporting your local farmers market. I want to encourage all that there is a better way to eat instead of dieting to get that toned body everyone wants. It's time to eat real food to feel your best. I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade and as a successful model, I've seen and heard it all. Every day I am so excited and inspired to share my recipes that don't limit foods, are not bland, and have no restrictions, rules, or don't count calories. My mission is to truly enjoy food while keeping a body lean and fit at the same time. Stick around and I will show you how it can be done.
