I thought I would add this to my blog because I use it a lot for many dishes. I use it for dips, spreads, or I toss with noodles. It is perfect. The flavor combo of the peanut butter, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil, is just perfection. 🙂 Enjoy~
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbs tahini
2 tbs low-sodium soy sauce to tamari
1 tbs toasted sesame oil
1 tsp hot sesame oil
1 tsp fresh minced ginger
1. Blend all ingredients and 1/2 cup water in blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a bowl.
