Peanut Butter Mousse

You will love this! So SIMPLE, PURE, and DELICIOUS. You can eat this as is, or use as a filling in a cake or topping for cup cakes.  Done and done!

4 oz smooth Peanut Butter
4 oz firm silken tofu
2.5 oz confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1. Puree peanut butter and tofu in blender until smooth. Blend confectioners sugar 1 tbs at a time, then blend in vanilla. Chill mousse until firm to spread. Easy!
