Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins

By now you have all heard how the average blueberry muffin is LOADED with fat, high in sugar, high in calories,  no nutrients or fiber, and usually not even made with real Blueberries!  Enough.

This recipe is great.  It is so much healthier than what you will find anywhere else.  I love using real blueberries, but frozen is fine too.  The lemon is the key to brighten up all the flavors.  Also check out my  Guilt-Free Blueberry Muffins , Gingered Blueberry Shortcake,and Blueberry Bliss.
