The time for resolving to do new things is coming once again, and it doesn’t matter how many times you say you won’t set a resolution this year – it will happen. Some resolutions involve giving something up, but when it comes to it, you may not want to give anything up entirely. You can cut down on drinking alcohol and find that it has a huge effect on your health. Even one or two drinks less per week can make a difference. If you find that you are relying on alcohol to get through the day, then it’s a year to get some help. Say no at parties, be the designated driver or simply be honest and tell people you’re cutting down on the drinking.
