I have a very healthy smoothie drink to share with you! A very delicious and easy green smoothie that is perfect anytime of day! Great way to sneak in those greens. You can use any protein powder you like but I like Vega. Try to use all organic ingredients too if possible.
Packed with antioxidants, fiber and electrolytes. You will love it. Try it with the kids too.

- 8 oz of water [i]or use milk of choice[/i]
- handful of spinach
- 1 small cucumber
- 2-3 celery stalks
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- handful blueberries
- 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder, [i]I like Vega[/i]
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. Mix well. You can also add in anything else like chia seeds, hemp seeds, etc. Enjoy!
