Healthy, Yummy, and great when you have too many Zucchini’s! Which in my case, happens all the time. I love this because they are not too sweet, yet not too dull, and not made with like 2 cups of oil!
You can also add raisins, nuts, or dried cranberries to switch it up. Plus, you most likely will have all of these ingredients on hand, which you have to just love. Make these and freeze any leftovers up to 1-2 months. 😉 Great for the kiddos too.
