SMART Blondies

How do the words SMART and BLONDIES come together you ask? Well, simple.  These are a treat very similar to the amazing “Blondies” we all love so much, but WITHOUT the following…no egg, no oil, no butter, and only pure ingredients so you see…very very Smart indeed.

How is this possible?  Well, by now you know from my many other recipes (and others too) that you can work wonders with a can of beans! You just need to know how to swipe out the “bean taste” and I certainly do.  Plus you all want beans in your diet.  Keep an open mind, try them out, and thank me later. 🙂
