Berries and Coconut Cream

Here we have such a Summer treat and everyone will love this!  Plus berries are in season now.  This could not be easier.  You will find this dish to be just really refreshing and elegant too.  The real treat is the coconut cream and if you have never tried it, now is your chance. This is a great dish to end a meal with on those long Summer nights!

Try all my Fruit Treats too!

2 lbs mixed berries (such as blackberries and raspberries)
1-2 tbs sugar, or stevia
2 tbs fresh lime juice
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)

1. In a large bowl, gently toss the berries, sugar, and lime juice.

2. With an electric mixer, beat the heavy cream and cream of coconut until soft peaks form. Serve with the berries. So Perfect for an end of a summer meal with friends!
