Some of the most delicious meals are the simple ones, and they don’t take forever to cook. You don’t even have to make it yourself if you’re finding yourself that stressed out. Pick up something from the store that is a simple ‘throw it in the oven, and then it’s done’ kind of meal. It might not be the healthiest option, but that doesn’t matter, keeping yourself in a good mental space does.
