Snack accordingly

You should grab healthy snacks for your home to set yourself up for success. However, snacking may not always be the solution to hunger cravings at night. Instead, planning your snacks well during the day can help you overcome this problem. Start with your three meals a day, and plan to snack accordingly between meals.
