Do you find yourself struggling to stay awake or concentrate as the day goes on? If low energy is getting you down, don’t turn to caffeine or sugar to give you a boost. These might give you a quick lift, but this will soon wear off, leaving feeling more drained than before.

Instead, you need a lasting way to see of those sluggish feelings. If these don’t help, it’s a good idea to see your doctor in case a health condition is the cause of your lack of energy, such as a vitamin D deficiency or low testosterone. Supplements, Men’s Revival, or other treatments may be suggested.
Eat Your Breakfast
People who eat breakfast feel less tired and stressed than those who skip it. Eat something high in fiber, like oatmeal, rather than pastries. As the day goes on, this will stop you from feeling hungry and tired.
Do Yoga
Yoga, which uses a range of different postures and deep breathing for both meditation and exercise, can be an excellent way to fight the feelings of fatigue. If you can, move through some poses and see how you feel.
Sing
Singing can give you an emotional boost, which reduces stress hormones in the body. Put on a favorite song and pretend you’re performing for your adoring fans. You’ll be surprised by how much better you feel afterwards, even if you also feel a bit silly.
Drink Some Water
Dehydration will leave you feeling tired and drained. You don’t have to follow the old eight glasses of water a day rule, but you should drink enough water to keep your body properly hydrated. You can tell that you are properly hydrated when you don’t feel thirsty and your urine is a pale color. You can also get hydration from foods too, so don’t worry about drinking gallons of water every day.
Eat Nuts
If you feel tired, put down the candy and instead eat a handful of almonds or peanuts. These are both high in magnesium and folic acid, which are needed for energy and cell production. If you’re lacking these nutrients in your system, it can leave you feeling tired out.
Smell Cinnamon
Some people report that the smell of cinnamon can reduce the feeling of fatigue and make you feel more alert. If you don’t have any cinnamon to hand, then have a mint or a peppermint tea instead. The smell of peppermint works, in the same way, to fight fatigue in some people. Research into this is still ongoing, but it’s worth trying to see if this trick works for you.
Get Moving
Exercise is a natural way to boost your energy because it surges oxygen-rich blood through your body to your heart, muscles, and brain. Get a workout into your day when you can, even if you can only find ten minutes for a walk. Even a small amount of exercise can be enough to keep your energy levels higher. Move when you can, even if you just wander about the house when you’re on the phone.
