This is the best addition to any Fall treat. It is good just by the spoonful or dolloped on your favorite dessert like a pudding. If you love Pumpkin you will have to try this! This would go great with my 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins too! You might also like my Pumpkin Fluff, my Pumpkin-Ice cream Torte, or my all Moni Pumpkin Brownies! Enjoy~
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, or you can thaw out frozen
- Cook pumpkin and brown sugar with cinnamon in med skillet over med heat, stirring occasionally, for 3 mins then transfer to a bowl. Let cool.
- Whip cream on med-high speed until soft peaks form, about 1 min. Fold fresh whipped cream into pumpkin until no streaks remain. Refrigerate until chilled. Enjoy!
