This is the easiest Fall treat you can make. It is tasty and great for Thanksgiving too. Simple ingredients and still pretty light for you. 🙂 I always serve with Annie’s Ginger Snaps or I have also used graham crackers and Vanilla Wafers.
You will also want to try my Whipped Pumpkin Cream! Enjoy~
Serves 12
12 oz can of Pumpkin
8 oz Whipped Cream, homemade or store bought (buy non-hydrogentated)
sm pk of Vanilla Pudding, you can look for sugar-free
1 tbs Pumpkin Spice
1. Use a mixer to whip all the ingredients together. Serve with Annies Ginger Cookies and dip them in, or graham crackers. You can serve it as a mousse too. YUMMM.
