My Easy Crispy Rice Squares

December 1, 2016 by Monica Nelson 17 Comments

Easy and Healthy Rive Crispy Bars

These have been compared to a healthier version of a “Fiber-One Bar” or a “Special-K Bar.”

In our house, they are a must-make and a must-have!

Everyone loves these, I have yet to meet some one not love these. These are a much healthier version (no corn syrup, preservatives, trans fats) and I like to switch it up with using either almond butter, peanut butter, or cashew butter. They are ALL fantastic, so take your pick and ENJOY. These take no time to put together. There is a uniqueness to these, a secret ingredient…

Also, for more similar treats to this try my Crunch Bars, Healthier Nut Butter Crispy Bars, my Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls, Chocolate Scotheroos, or Also, here are all my Christmas Cookie Recipes.

Enjoy~ (In Moderation!)

    Monica….delish!!!!

Saw this and another recipe on Angela’s site…YUMMMMMM! 🙂 They remind me of my Special K bars meets Rice Krispy Bars…but no Karo syrup. Love that you used brown rice syrup. I want to make these!

Hey! I made a batch of these last night (saw them on Angela’s blog)–AMAZING. Everyone who I gave them to said they tasted just like, or else better than, “Scotch-a-roos”…but little do they know they are vegan and sooo much better for you 🙂
quite the perfect combination of caramel, nut butter, carob….and that secret ingredient. It really ups the chewy texture–well played! Thanks for the great recipe!

Hi! I saw them (like everyone else did) on Angela’s site and clicked on the link! Those look delicious and (to me, anyways) look like those chocolate Fiber One bars, but is healthier because these were made in a kitchen rather than a factory…they’re made in factors, right?…Yeah I’m sure they are! Sort of…oh whatever, these are much healthier nonetheless!

Kathy, you should try them for sure, they are so unique and YES-a much better choice then Fiber One Bars! 🙂

The ability to work from anywhere with an internet connection provides me with greater flexibility while traveling, whether it be to visit family, travel to watch my favorite sports on TV. I’m looking for this kind of flexibilty.
